Born in Monferrato (Piemonte), Chef Fabrizio Demichelis soon discovered his special feeling for cookery. After years of experience in Italy and other countries, he decided to move to Tuscany where he met his future wife Valentina. The couple, powered by the same passion, moved in 2008 to Thailand. They soon after set up their business in Phuket Island opening the restaurant “Trattoria del Buongustaio” where they have been delighting the the most pretending palates with the genuine taste of the Italian Cuisine for the last 8 years. The restaurant sits on a rock formation offering a stunning view over Nai Harn Bay.
